Why should you choose me as your REALTOR®? Most agents fill in their qualifications here (with 8 years experience and well over 100 transactions) but I decided to become a REALTOR® because I knew there had to be a better way.

Let me explain. After being involved in a variety of real estate deals in multiple states (residential purchases & sales, and lease negotiations for commercial office space) I recognized a pattern. All of the agents, save one, were very transactional focused. They only cared about me for that one transaction. I never heard from them again! No Follow Up, no checking in to see if I was happy or needed anything (REALTORS® have a great network of contacts for contractors, painters, etc.). And I believe that affected how they helped me along in the process.

I believe that residential real estate is very personal. That people want someone they can connect with and can advise them. Someone that will provide the best customer service and experience before, during and after the transaction. I believe in teaching my clients about the process so they can make better, well informed, decisions. And, I have not done my job well enough unless they want me to be their REALTOR® for life!
